A must-try local dish in Hanoi: steamed oysters with dipping sauce

🦪 A street-side restaurant serving steamed snails in Hanoi, located in Hanoi's Old Quarter. It's a must-try for anyone visiting.
The atmosphere is like a street-side restaurant with about 6-8 small tables and chairs. On the other side of the street is the kitchen area in a shophouse and a laundry area. It's usually full, with lots of people walking by.

🦪 The menu features a variety of steamed snails, including big snails, small snails, and steamed clams. They're served with a large bowl of dipping sauce, similar to a herbal soup, complete with chili, lemongrass, ginger, and a small lime or orange, along with a sharp dipping sauce.

🦪 The flavor is delicious and easy to eat. The snails are incredibly sweet and not fishy at all. We were so impressed that we went back for two more days.
🦪 Price: Approximately 50,000-90,000 VND per bowl.

🦪 We highly recommend trying this dish if you're in Hanoi. It's a unique and delicious local dish at a very affordable price.

🦪 Perfect for those who love shellfish and seafood. Bring your own seafood sauce for a delicious experience (those with sensitive skin may want to be careful).

📍Location: Oc Nong Ha Trang 1A, P. Dinh Liet, Hang Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
