
The 10.5-kilometer water ecological highway, stretching from Gufu Town in Xingshan County, Hubei Province, to the Zhaojun Bridge, represents a total investment of 440 million yuan. To avoid deforestation and protect the ecological environment, 4 kilometers of the highway were built through canyon streams, resulting in an additional 2 million yuan in project costs.
On August 9, 2015, the Gu(fu)Zhao(jun) Bridge Highway in Xingshan County, Hubei Province, the hometown of Zhaojun, was officially opened to traffic.
