St. Sophia Cathedral is an Orthodox church built in 1907. With its unique Byzantine style and solemn and gorgeous exterior decoration, it has become one of Harbin's landmark buildings.

The church covers an area of ​​721 square meters, and its main tower rises 53 meters into the sky. Looking down from the air, you will be attracted by its Greek cross plan, with the central dome intersecting with four "Π"-shaped corridors, showing a unique beauty.

The exterior walls of the church are carefully inlaid with granite and marble, and every detail reveals the essence of Byzantine art. The pointed shape of the main tower and the golden dome sparkle in the sun, which is breathtaking.

St. Sophia Cathedral was listed as a national key cultural relic protection site in 1996. Today, it quietly tells the history and culture of Harbin, waiting for the arrival of every tourist.
