This trip was my first time to Harbin. After watching and reading many reviews, when I went there myself, I must say that it was extremely cold. Some places I went to, the temperature was -20 to -25 degrees Celsius. This is what is called truly freezing cold. I didn't go on this trip myself. I went with a tour from I Travels Center.
