Jinshan Town, in the eighth year of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1743), the fifth generation Zhasake and the second son of the Doron Duling County King Galezang of the Kalaqin Banner, Minzhuer Labutan, was named the auxiliary national duke Jin Gushan Beizi, hence known as "Duke", people at the time called him "Lord", and the mansion was built here, hence the name "Lord's Mansion".
