The hotel is in a great location, a bit outside the city center, making it quiet, yet easily accessible to all of Hat Yai's main attractions. Ample parking is available and the rooms are clean and up to standard. However, the bathroom only has hot water from the showerhead; the hose cannot be adjusted.
The buffet line offers a standard American breakfast with everything, along with a few Thai dishes. Overall, it's great value for money.

The hotel is spacious and grand, and the price is reasonable. The rooms are large. The location may be a bit remote, but Grab is easily accessible. There's a swimming pool and a fitness center.
