⛩Kaki Sankei Set Meal 2980 yen

Everyone should be familiar with Hiroshima oysters. Among them, Miyajima is surrounded by the sea and produces the best oysters. This time, I will come to have one oyster and four dishes. The set meal includes raw oysters, fried oysters, steamed oysters and grilled oysters. The following is a ranking of these four ways of eating them.

First place: Grilled oysters
When I was collecting information, many people said that raw oysters were the most delicious, but I personally think grilled oysters are No.1. Grilled oysters are still plump, juicy, and slightly charcoal-grilled with a rich seawater flavor, which brings a shock to the taste buds.

Second place: Oysters/Fried Oysters
Oysters are also delicious, but the grilled oysters are too good. They are served with Japanese sour sauce and spicy radish puree as seasoning, but in fact, they are very delicious even without anything. Fried oysters are also a surprise. Many times, the fried oysters you eat are fishy. The oysters here are fresh enough, so there is no such problem. The batter is not too thick, the outer layer is crispy, and the inside is juicy and rich in oyster flavor.

Third place: Steamed oysters
The oysters were a bit dry after steaming, so I had to use vegetarian food to save them, which was a bit inferior to the other three ways of eating.

A little aside: When we were almost done with our meal, the boss took out a video of the Miyajima Fireworks Festival and played it on the counter, allowing you to experience the beauty of the world's most magnificent scenery both visually and with your taste buds.

There were a lot of good reviews online, so I bought a conger eel bun without thinking twice, but I was a little disappointed. The conger eel taste was missing, just a very ordinary fish bun, but it was fresh, hot and soft.

Chawazu can be seen in many attractions in Japan. I chose the special matcha ice cream with bracken cake. The bracken cake is chewy and the ice cream is soft and smooth. As a matcha lover, I was very satisfied with it😊😊
