🌳🏞️ Xiaoyaojin Park, Hefei

Wandering through Xiaoyaojin Park felt like stepping into a living memory. We entered through tree-lined paths where families gathered under the shade, elders played chess, and kids ran across bridges with laughter in the air. The wide lake in the center mirrored the sky so perfectly it looked like a painting. We stood for a while by the water’s edge, watching paddle boats drift slowly, soaking in the calm 🌅🚣♀️🧺

This park isn’t flashy it’s loved. Locals come not just for scenery, but for rhythm, for routine, for rest. We found a quiet bench beneath an old willow, its leaves swaying just above our heads. There was music in the distance, the kind someone plays without needing applause. The name says it all “carefree crossing.” That’s how it felt to us too. Simple, soft, and full of life 🌾🧘♂️🍃
