A Dreamy Sleeper Train Journey on the Santa Claus Express

There are several ways to travel from Helsinki to Rovaniemi, where you can meet Santa Claus and see the Northern Lights.

While trains take longer than planes and might seem a bit tiring...
There's an exciting alternative: traveling by sleeper train!☝🏻
With this option, you can board at night, sleep through the journey, and arrive in the morning!
Plus, the train is decorated with illustrations of Santa Claus, making it the perfect way to visit Santa🎅🏼!☝🏻

So, we chose option ② and took the Santa Claus Express to travel from Helsinki to Rovaniemi!

The rooms aren't very spacious, but there are private compartments with showers, providing all the essentials you need◎

Another highlight was the dining car!
It was a bit crowded at night, but in the morning, it was a pleasant experience☀️
The salmon soup, in particular, was restaurant-quality delicious…🐟

The scenery from the train windows was also breathtaking! You can enjoy the stunning natural beauty of Finland☝🏻⭐️
