afternoon tea! Check in at the island and stay in Hengchun | Bo Hu is on the second floor |

|#Small Island Stay · Hengchun // Bohu on the second floor|
At 3:30, after the little deer had afternoon tea, it was also time for us to fill our bellies. There are so many specialty shops in Hengchun that we can’t finish walking or eating in just one afternoon, so we decided to walk into a small shop that sounds, looks and tastes full of personality.

On the second floor, Bo Hu is a place selling handmade bread and coffee. The buns are freshly made every day, with a variety of styles and flavors. The consumption method is even different from ordinary coffee shops, adopting a timer system, not ordering a drink to sit all day.

Converted from an old house with a history of seventy years, it retains the mold of the old house while also injecting some new elements to rejuvenate the old place. Hidden on the second floor of a certain building, it is like a small freshness in the busy city, where you can spend a lazy and leisurely afternoon.

Peeling cement walls, zero trim beams and wooden columns, every corner is worth savoring. We walked out of the patio area, sat near the window and ordered a strawberry croissant, a chocolate and a strawberry milk. The afternoon sun shines gently on my body through large pieces of glass, taking away the tiredness accumulated from today. Looking out the window at Hengchun Old Street, pedestrians and vehicles come and go, as if time is moving particularly slowly here.

I like Taiwan not only because it has the freedom that Hong Kong people yearn for, but also because I like the rich cultural and creative atmosphere.
