De Kring, or Eetcafe de Kring in full, is a restaurant, pub, and cafe located in Heusden Zolder, near the city's church, Sint-Willibrorduskerk. The atmosphere here is comfortable. The interior is decorated with warm bricks and wood. There is a large bar, which is a place to eat, drink, and chill out. There is also outdoor seating outside the shop to enjoy the fresh air.

During the day, the atmosphere is more like a cafe than a pub. There is a menu of coffee, cocoa, soft drinks, and both hot and cold drinks. As for the food, there are snacks, fried food, sandwiches, soups, and pasta. The food here is generous. The plates are very big. We ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, which is the only menu that has 2 sizes to choose from. Even though we chose the small plate, it was so much that we could hardly finish it. They also served bread and butter on the side. The spaghetti sauce tasted good. What impressed me was the very friendly service and reasonable prices. If you visit this area, it's worth a stop.
