Gifu Takayama - Hida Beef Restaurant - Kajiya

This shop is located just around the corner from Takayama Old Street, near Kaji Bridge (the bridge in the center of Takayama).
This shop specializes in Chinese cuisine, but they also offer Hida beef nigiri and Hida beef juju.
Although this is a well-known ramen shop in the area, the beef isn't particularly good, but it's not terrible either.
The noodles are quite good, but if you're already here, I recommend sticking with the Chinese cuisine!
Takayama Old Street actually has quite a few popular snacks and eateries, but popular restaurants often have long lines, so it's recommended to arrive early to explore and fill your stomach!
