#大圆寺 located in Meguro, Tokyo, is one of the original Yamate Seven Lucky Gods. Daikokuten is a historic temple that has been loved by people since the Edo period. The temple grounds are dotted with eye-catching buildings and stone Buddhas, such as the stone statues of the Five Hundred Arhats and the Koshin Pagoda. The Daienji Stone Buddha Group is particularly spectacular.
There are many cultural treasures in Daienji Temple, including the statue of Sakyamuni Tathagata, the statue of Five Hundred Arhats and other Buddha statues with high historical value. It is definitely worth a visit!
Because it is located on the back of the ghost gate of Edo Castle, it is also called #大黒寺. It is a temple built in the Edo period to guard the ghost gate.
Mahakala, the God of Wealth, is also known as the Bodhisattva of Great Merit, Freedom and Perfection. His great wish is to "give wealth to the poor". His secret magic weapon, the "Mani Pearl", can bring out infinite treasures. The scriptures say, "If one regularly observes it, he will have no shortage of food and clothing. If an ordinary person provides it, the food will come to his home, making him rich and powerful and holding an official position and salary. If a businessman provides it, the profits will be as great as a river."
