2025 Eigen-ji Maple Festival: Daibon-zan Eigen-ji Temple Illumination Fantasy

Daibon-zan Eigen-ji Temple's annual illumination event will be held from November 14th to 29th. The temple's approach path is lined with maple trees, attracting numerous visitors from both within and outside the prefecture every autumn leaf season to admire the most beautiful maple leaves in the region. Passing through the temple gate, within the temple grounds are various halls such as the bell tower, main hall, Dharma hall, and Zen hall. The scenery during the illumination period, compared to daytime, is colorful and has a unique charm.
