For a perfect hot spring hotel in Hirosaki, stay at the Dormy Inn Iwaki Sakura-no-Yu, renowned for its natural hot springs. The best view is Mount Iwaki in the northeast, visible from your room and the large public bath. It's a truly spectacular sight!

We stayed in a standard double room, a small 15-square-meter room, but the stunning view was perfectly adequate for one person. The off-season rate is ¥13,000 per night, approximately NT$2,600.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hirosaki Castle and historic buildings, within walking distance of the main attractions. While a bit far from the JR station, there's a free shuttle service, or you can take the Dotemachi bus from stop 12 to the hotel entrance.
