Quiet and beautiful Cafe

I like nihon, things are subtle. They don't overdo it. This cafe had a very peaceful ambience. The staff that spoke english (refreshing) had very good knowledge of coffee. Yet no showing off and perfect balance of polite and professionalism. I got a hand drip coffee that was recommended.

Just the way I like it. You can choose from about 20 types of coffee beans. I went for their dark roasted Guatemalan, which had a chocolate-like aroma and slightly fruity acidity. Prices are decent, well a but more than regular coffee places. But my experience was at par with the pricing.
