Co Ba Vung Tau is a one of the most famous restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This restaurant has many branches in Ho Chi Minh.

The signature menu in Co Ba Vung Tau is their Banh Khot. Banh Khot, or Vietnamese savory mini pancakes, is made from a batter of rice flour, corn starch, turmeric powder, water and coconut milk. They are usually topped with shrimp, brushed with scallion oil, and sprinkled with minced dried salted shrimp.

Besides Banh Khot they also sells Vietnam’s traditional food where you can try, such as: Banh Xeo, Goi Cuon, Bun Cha Gio, etc.

For the topping of Banh Xeo and Banh Khot there are: shrimp, pork, fish and mixed. I ordered Banh Xeo Mixed and Banh Khot Shrimp.

Imo, banh khot here is more delicious than restaurants nearby, this is a must try menu when you come here! not to mention the other menu that i tried also tasted good and the portions is so huge, they also gave free veggies!
