Ho Chi Minh City La Vela Hotel — Excellent Public Facilities, Standard Family Rooms

During our stay at La Vela Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, the overall experience was quite pleasant, especially with the impressive public facilities.

The most attractive highlight of La Vela is its infinity pool. Not only is it very large, but it is also beautifully designed and offers a comfortable environment. Sitting by the poolside and enjoying the city view gives a relaxing vacation vibe.

The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from local Vietnamese dishes to international cuisines. It’s very satisfying and perfect for travelers who enjoy trying new flavors.

The hotel gym is also spacious and well-equipped, which is a big plus for fitness enthusiasts.

We stayed in a family room for four, which consisted of two bedrooms and a small living room. While the living room was a bit cramped and lacked a TV, the bathroom was quite spacious. Overall, the family room’s decor and layout were rather standard and didn’t offer much surprise. On the other hand, we happened to see a double room, which looked exactly like the photos on the official website. The double room was beautifully decorated, highly comfortable, and met expectations perfectly.

Although the family room was somewhat ordinary, the hotel’s pool, gym, breakfast, and overall environment were outstanding, which overshadowed the minor shortcomings of the room. For couples or two-person trips, opting for a double room would provide a more refined and vacation-like experience.

In summary: La Vela Hotel’s public facilities outshine the rooms themselves, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy the hotel’s amenities!
