ชมพิพิธภัณฑ์สงครามในโฮจิมินห์ War Remnants Museum

📍 War Remnants Museum, Vietnam

🚀 Visiting the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City was one of the most powerful and emotional experiences of our trip to Vietnam. We went in expecting to learn about history, but instead, we found something much deeper: a profound reflection on humanity, suffering, and resilience. The exhibits, especially the photographs, were deeply moving. Some were so raw and poignant that I almost cried as I walked through the galleries. We found ourselves having to pause and take in what we were seeing. The human toll of the Vietnam War, especially for civilians, was heartbreaking. 😢😔 What impressed us most was the personal touch of the museum. It doesn't just present facts and military artifacts, but also the faces, names, and lives of those affected, both Vietnamese and foreigners. The section on Agent Orange and its lingering effects for generations is particularly difficult to comprehend. We left with a heavy heart, but with a deeper understanding of Vietnam's past and a greater appreciation for the strength and compassion of its people today. Despite the hardships the nation faces, we encountered warmth and openness everywhere. This visit has changed my perspective on war, history, and reconciliation. If you're in Ho Chi Minh City, we believe this museum is a must-visit. It's not easy, but it's important.
