The Saigon City Hall (officially the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Building) is one of the most stunning architectural gems in the city 💛. Though you can’t enter inside as it’s a government building with restricted public access 🚫, it’s still a must-visit for every traveler who loves capturing beautiful city moments 📸
Here are the best photo spots you shouldn’t miss:
1️⃣ Behind the Ho Chi Minh Statue – this is the classic shot where the entire cream-colored façade and flag come beautifully into frame 🇻🇳
2️⃣ The Crosswalk – walk across just like a local! It gives that cinematic “city stroll” vibe 🎬
3️⃣ Road Corners (both sides) – from either side, you’ll get a different perspective of the building’s symmetry. One corner even has a charming road sign that adds a touch of everyday Saigon aesthetic 🪧🌿
With its elegant French colonial architecture, intricate details, and red-tiled roof contrasting against modern skyscrapers, Saigon City Hall perfectly captures the city’s blend of history and modern charm 💫
