At the end of last year, during New Year's Eve in Ho Chi Minh City, the first activity on the itinerary was dining at this restaurant. Recognized by the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024, the restaurant is owned by a Vietnamese chef who is also a TV host and food writer. The building, formerly a historic French villa, became a hot topic upon its opening. The interior is lavishly decorated with premium wooden tables and chairs, marble floors and columns, beautiful stained glass partitions, and even a vintage manual elevator. The dining environment is both elegant and comfortable. The lunch set menu includes an appetizer, main course, dessert, and drink. Worried about not being able to finish, we ordered just one lunch set, along with an additional beef stir-fried rice noodles and a drink. As expected, we couldn't finish and had to pack the leftovers to go!
