Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens - Ho Chi Min

The zoo and botanical garden in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens) is the largest in Vietnam.

It is located in the northeast, in District 1, of Ho Chi Minh City, near the Saigon River. The zoo and botanical garden is a place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle. Therefore, it is considered a "quiet oasis" in the heart of the city.

Definitely recommended to go here with the kids. A huge range of animals including hippos, lions, tigers, giraffes, elephants, crocs and many others. Lots of eating and resting places available, cheap entry. A good outing.
