[Vietnam/Hoi An] A restaurant where you can eat the three major Hoi An specialties

Do you know the three major specialties of Hoi An, Vietnam?
I went to a restaurant where I could eat the three: "Cao Lau", "White Rose", and "Fried Wonton (Hoan Thanh Chien)"!
Cao Lau is a noodle dish similar to udon, and it has a different taste from pho.
White Rose is a chewy steamed dumpling🥟
It's a kind of dim sum, and there's no one who doesn't like it🤭
The fried wonton was covered in a salsa-like sauce, which was also refreshing and delicious!
And the thing that left the biggest impression on me was not one of the three major specialties, but a salad with rice crackers on top🥗
You break the crispy rice cracker-like thing on top and eat it!
Inside was a salad with papaya and chicken breast.
The salad was very healthy, with coriander and herbs.
Perfect for a tired stomach 🥹
The toilets are clean (important lol), and the location is perfect, right in front of the river and close to the Hoi An night market!
Please come and try the Hoi An specialties 🫶
