Teach you step by step how to take the "Conan" train to "Kudo Shinichi"'s house

For fans of Detective Conan, a must-do experience when traveling to Kansai, Japan, is riding the Conan-themed train to Kudo Shinichi's house.

First, let me introduce Kudo Shinichi's house. It's located in the rice-flower shopping arcade (Conan Town) of Conan's House in Yurajuku, Hokuei-cho, Tohaku-gun, Tottori Prefecture.

From Osaka (Kyoto, Kobe), you can take the JR Super Express Hakuto train to Tottori. The Conan-themed train departs Osaka Station 1-2 times a day, and Kyoto only has one train every two days. There are days in the latter half of the month and the beginning of the month when the Conan train is not available. The Conan train's operating dates and schedule are updated monthly. It's recommended to confirm your travel date and train schedule in advance.
Purchase Conan-themed train tickets in advance.
Boarding at Kyoto Station is generally from Platform 6.
Boarding at Osaka Station is generally from Platform 3 or 4.
Train all the way to the final stop, Kurayoshi Station (the previous stop is Tottori Station).
Once at Kurayoshi Station, please transfer to the JR San'in Railway bound for Hoki Daisen.
The journey will take approximately 10 minutes (with one stop at Shimohojo) before arriving at Yura Station, now Conan Station.
From the station, walk about 10 minutes to the Conan's House Rice Flower Shopping Street.
You can then ring the doorbell at Kudo's house.
