Vietnamese cuisine with a foreign style

I had dinner with an old colleague a few days ago. When we were talking about the restaurant, we said that we hadn't been to Kowloon Station for a long time, so we went there to find food!

In fact, I used to often invite colleagues to Kowloon Station after work because the transportation is more convenient, and it has many different restaurants and do not have to wait in line for so long, this time we went to a Vietnamese restaurant after eating feel good can introduce to you.

This restaurant is next to the cinema, which is very convenient if you watch a movie. We ordered the American Raw Beef Soup Noodle, pork ribs and a steamed noodle bun this time!

My favorite of all the dishes is the steamed noodle bun. The noodle bun has more crab meat than what I eat outside, so it tastes fresh. The crust is moderately thick and thin, and there is a full filling when I bite it. I think it has 80% Vietnamese flavor! The beef noodle soup has a strong beef flavor but also a little caramel vegetable flavor. When served, its beef slices are pink. Remember to use its soup to soak until cooked, so you can eat very tender beef, with a little thickness of rice noodles are good.

Pork ribs This dish has a little American feel, the entrance is quite Juicy, with a fork gently pull open has been separated from the bone and flesh, and with its sweet and sour sauce is very appetizing, if you are interested to try!
