Ever since I visited Thirteen Young Masters in Aberdeen, I have been obsessed with their boiled fish! But Hong Kong is too far for me 😂😂, seeing it finally opened in Hung Hom, I immediately pulled my boyfriend to accompany me to eat!


🍡Cold potato shreds HK$32
As I said last time, cool potato strips are my favorite! Not only is it crisp, it's really cool to eat some cool and icy dishes on a hot summer day!


🍡 Sichuan Style Saliva Chicken HK$78
The first time I ate Sichuan style mouth-watering chicken, there was so much sesame that it was almost overflowing. Although it looked like it was spicy, it was actually not spicy at all. Even those who can't eat spicy can try it! And the saliva chicken is tender, not tough at all!

Because I tried boiled fish last time, I want to try pickled fish this time! A little sour with a slight spicy, but not too spicy! And the soup has lots of mushrooms and carrots, because the carrots have absorbed all of its broth, so it’s sour and super appetizing!

The texture is like a year cake, the surface is crispy and soft to bite, with black sugar sweet, but if you eat too full before, you will feel a bit stale😂
