☼High quality Hainanese chicken rice☼

Whenever I went to Singapore, I would go to Chatterbox at the Mandarin Hotel to eat Hainanese chicken rice. Although the hotel has been renamed Hilton Orchard, the Hainanese chicken rice is still there. This time I came to a Hainanese chicken rice restaurant of the same brand that came across the river in Singapore, and I had to give it a try. I have bookmarked this restaurant for a long time and wanted to come here. Today I finally have time to come.

The restaurant is about a five to ten minute walk from the subway station. It is a fast food buffet style restaurant, which is convenient for workers working nearby. After you order, the waiter will deliver the food to your table.

Hainanese chicken rice, you can add $10 to add chicken thighs, secret dark soy sauce, chili sauce and minced ginger, paired with oily rice, it is fragrant and delicious. The signature boneless Hainanese chicken is tender and tasty. Although it is fast food, the quality is maintained.

Snack: Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings. I personally like food made with salted eggs. This salted egg chicken wing is filled with salted egg sauce, and every bite is full of salted egg flavor, which is very strong.

Ceylon iced milk tea has a light and refreshing taste, and it goes perfectly with Hainanese chicken rice.
