Taikoo Shing Food | Italian Restaurant CIAK

CIAK is an Italian restaurant in Taikoo City Center. I came here for lunch with my family that day. Each of us ordered a three-course set menu ($288), which included a Japanese soup, a main course and a dessert.

The main course I ordered was penne with Italian-style air-dried pork cheek, paired with delicious morels, which was very satisfying! Served with Parmesan cheese and mushroom sauce, it has an Italian flavor. For dessert, I chose the "Pistachio Cake with Jasmine Tea Cream, Candied Pear and Honey Cake", which was also very sweet and delicious.

My family ordered prawn risotto. The fresh and tender taste of the prawns and the delicate flavor of the risotto collided with each other and they ate it with relish.
