Located on the 8th floor of Mega Man, Kobeya is a Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant that specializes in oysters and sea urchins. The normal all-you-can-eat meal lasts 2 hours, but this one lasts 3 hours. We arrived at 8:30, and the clerk said they were closed, so I looked around at the elevator entrance.
