Korean Fresh Cafe: Delicious and Delicious Fig Waffles

When I came to the fifth branch, my favorite was the punch-in waffles.

📍Location: At the exit of Shatin Station connected to the shopping mall, you can take the escalator directly to L5, and then go up one more floor, in front of the electrical appliance store.

🏠Environment: The open-style storefront is just like the Tunshi branch, which is the atrium of the shopping mall. Near the entrance is the kitchen and serving area, and there are glass cabinets to display the food. The seats are divided into two sides on the left and right, mainly light brown wood, with artificial plants in the corners, making it look fresh and comfortable.

🐚Korean clam and basil rice🍚 $118
The portion is quite big, with clams and fried rice 🍚 each accounting for half, accompanied by salad 🥗 and a piece of sweet orange meat 🍊. The clam meat should be mixed with Korean hot sauce, which is salty and fragrant with a little bit of spiciness. The fried rice is sprinkled with chopped perilla leaves, but I personally prefer to use the original leaves 🙂. It will be more flavorful if you wrap it yourself 😉.

🐣Charcoal Grilled Chicken Rice Roll🍙 $78
Each rice roll is large and rich in fillings, including shredded carrots, cucumbers, pickles, eggs and chicken, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and served with sweet oranges and salad greens. It tastes fresh and refreshing, with a rich taste. 👍🏻My friends and I both like rice rolls.

🍴Premium Honeycomb Fig Waffles🧇 $188
The presentation is very attractive and exquisite🥰, the waffles are covered with fresh cream, and then topped with figs, strawberries, edible flowers and a piece of honeycomb, colorful😚, and the taste and texture are also quite good👍🏻, the waffles are as soft and cooked as a pancake🤤, the figs are cut in half and coated with honey, the taste is fresh and sweet, plus the smooth and fresh cream, it is really filling🤣, I could only eat half, the other half needs to be packed away.
