This time I went to this Edo Sushi Show in Whampoa with my friends to eat omakase.
The restaurant is decorated in traditional Japanese style, which is full of space.
The shop also displays a 7-meter-long "fish-taku" artwork .
It's very characteristic and exquisite. It's great for taking pictures!

The mackerel is tender with rock salt, lime juice and olive oil.
To make the freshness more prominent, and finally topped with chrysanthemum petals for decoration, quite chic!

🔹Beijing onion shredded mackerel
Usually eat mackerel is cooked food, it will have a bit of fishy smell,
But this time the chef used the famous Japanese mackerel "Guan Mackerel".

It highlights the freshness of the geoduck and is very appetizing!

🔹Apple wood smoke incense fire moxibustion red catfish
The red catfish is one of the most premium white body fish species in Japan.
There is plenty of fat, the fish meat is sweet, the master first grills the skin of the fish,
and the fish meat is marinated with a little salt and roasted, and smoked with apple wood.
Served with shredded Beijing onions and ginger flowers from the valley, the flavor is rich.
The red salmon has an applewood aroma, which is very delicious!

The master uses a giant left-mouthed fish from Hokkaido.
Grill until eight percent cooked and melt in your mouth, with a secret sauce
In addition, it is wrapped with crispy seaweed, great!
