Ando's tempura is fried with 100% extra virgin olive oil, the first in Japan.

Light and crispy, it has a good mouthfeel and the oil drains well, so there's no oiliness at all.

It's an incredibly light tempura that doesn't make you feel heavy at all!

The ingredients themselves are really valued, and the taste is packed with umami.

The sweetness of the vegetables really comes through in the tempura.

We received a lot, so we'll pick out some and introduce them here✨️

- Tempura
Salt and tempura sauce are provided for the tempura.
There are three types of salt: Awaji Island seaweed salt, Himalayan pink rock salt, and Shodoshima herb salt.
They tell us the recommended way to eat each one🙆♀️

Kagawa's olive beef chateaubriand is really soft and melts in your mouth!
It has Ando's name engraved on it, like a business card, and it's really good✨️

Kagawa's broccoli is very fresh and sweet, and the more you chew it, the more delicious the ingredients themselves become💗

We were given two types of shrimp: Okinawa's kuruma shrimp and New Caledonia's angel shrimp!
Both were sweet, plump, and delicious✨️
We enjoyed it all the way down to the tail😊

I've never eaten mushrooms from Hyogo Prefecture like this!
It was so delicious that I couldn't resist it✨️
But it was so hot that I had to be careful not to get burned lol

The scallops were the real winner!!

They were so thick and well-fried on the outside, while the inside had a slightly raw taste that I couldn't resist💕
The flavor was so tightly locked in that it was so delicious!

You'll want to eat several of them.

The sweet potatoes fried for an hour were fluffy and bursting with sweetness✨️
It was so delicious that I wonder if all humanity would like it!
They even gave us the last piece, which was even sweeter and the best.

・Food
To finish off the meal, we had tempura tea and tempura musubi.
Everyone wanted both, so we couldn't choose, so we just brought out both! It was so amazing that they brought out both💗
It was so luxurious.

・Dessert
It was delicious right down to the last dessert.
The juicy fig and apple sorbet had plenty of fruit pulp in it.

I was completely satisfied from start to finish.
I wanted to bring my family here too☺️
The restaurant is run by a wonderful couple who get along very well.
They told us lots of interesting stories about tempura and it was delicious,
and we had a great time.
Thank you for the meal🙏

✍️Reservations are required by the day before.
There are only 8 counter seats.
The interior of the restaurant was luxurious and lovely✨️
They also offer a lunch course (6,600 yen) on weekends and holidays!
