Hong Kong Restaurant Exploration: Feast 11 (Causeway Bay)

Located in Time Square, Causeway Bay, Xiang 11 has a high-end décor and serves Western, Japanese and teppanyaki cuisine. Today we had a set lunch, which had 10 main dishes to choose from, including appetizers, soups, and drinks.

Appetizer [Smoked Duck Breast Salad] The smoked duck breast is the right amount of fat and lean, and it also comes with peaches, tomatoes, and cucumbers, which is appetizing and refreshing.

The soup of the day was [Tomato Cream Soup], and we paid extra to order a serving of [Puff Pastry Lobster Soup]. Both soups were very rich in flavor.

[Assorted Seafood Oregano Cream Sauce Risotto] The seafood includes shrimp, scallops, clams, and crab meat, all of which are fresh and large in size. The risotto has a good texture, creamy but not too sticky.

[Grilled Beef Short Ribs] The beef short ribs are tender and rich in meat flavor. We asked for mustard sauce, which gives it a different flavor when dipped in it. Side dishes include baked tomatoes with cheese, melon, potato wedges, etc., which are nutritionally balanced.
