Chungking Mansions Vietnamese Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui

I visited the Hong Kong Space Museum on Saturday and felt a little hungry at around 3pm. I found a restaurant in Chongqing Building for an afternoon tea and found this Vietnamese restaurant. It tasted very good.

Hanoi's signature pork chop rice
The signature pork chop did not disappoint me, the color is brown and bright, the pork chop is fried soft, good to cut, cut can also see the juice in the meat, the entrance is tender and juicy, not wood. The sauce is not very salty, slightly sweet, neutralizing the greasiness of the meat, the taste is just right.

Lemongrass chicken wings
The preparation method is probably the same as pork chop. Looking at the color, it feels fried better. The crust is charred, the chicken inside is white and tender, the bite is juicy, tender and delicious.

Raw beef soup noodle
When served, the beef is pink-pink. Use chopsticks to flip it a few times in the hot soup, and it immediately turns flesh color. The raw beef is cut very thin, hot soup over a few times, can be preserved to a great extent, soft and very delicious.

Address: 21, G/F, Chongqing Building, 36-44 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.
