A healthy food court has recently opened in the basement of Chungking Mansions. I walked in and found that there are many vegetarian options. This poke bowl shop has a vegan flavor. The portion is large and the combination is enough protein. The salad base is enough to fill you up. If you want to lose weight in the summer, mark it down quickly!

The bowl is much bigger than I expected. Later I found out there is a mini version. If girls want to eat, a smaller bowl might be more suitable. You can choose rice or salad below. The salads here are not just romaine lettuce, there are several different shades of dark and light green salads, which I think are quite good. Several ingredients, such as tofu, edamame and mushrooms, are proteins. The mushrooms are cut into large, juicy pieces that are easy to chew. The most special thing is that they are tied with kelp, which has a layered texture when chewed. The dish is also rich in trace nutrients and is very suitable for vegetarians.

When I ordered food on my phone, I saw a few snacks to choose from. I wanted to eat avocado, so I added this. I didn’t expect that there was a bunch of bonito shreds on it, so it’s not vegetarian. I had to manually remove it. If you are a vegetarian, be careful.
