🍲Good Taiwan
This was the last day before I went back to Taiwan, but I still went to eat Taiwanese hotpot. After all, my aunt and cousin happened to be in Hong Kong, so of course we had to celebrate my mother's birthday together before flying.
🥩Wet-aged beef all-you-can-eat (only available at Mong Kok branch)
First, there will be a one-time light luxury platter (like an afternoon tea plate 😂), which will include American SRF Wagyu beef rib cubes, hand-cut shoulder wing plate, abalone, scallops, oysters, tiger prawns, sand hammer fish fillet, water lily, shimeji mushrooms, and kale. The quality of each item is good, but there are too few water lilies~~ Not enough for me to eat alone, probably because I like water lilies too much🤣, and it’s the first time I’ve eaten hot pot with kale

Soup base: Because I was afraid of different tastes, I ordered a 50+ mandarin duck hotpot. I ordered the rural health mushroom hotpot and the health angelica wolfberry hotpot. Personally, I prefer the wolfberry hotpot. The vegetables and meat are sweet after cooking. At the end of the meal, we almost threw everything over there to cook 😂
Meat: The most popular dish is the Australian wet-aged beef shoulder blade, which is a little thinner if you share it with the light luxury plate. Then there is the Australian rare white beef, which is the fat on the front of the cow's chest with a little meat and cartilage. It has another more straightforward name, which is beef brisket. Although it is mainly fat, it doesn't feel greasy when you eat it. The veal steak and fillet steak are also good.
Hot pot: I don't like meatballs, but shrimp balls and cuttlefish balls are pretty good. There are also fish maws, but I was afraid they would be hard to digest and make me full, so I only ordered two servings. They were quite thick. Finally, of course, I had to order duck blood. I suggest putting it in the pot first so that it can cook slowly and absorb the flavor.
Seafood: There is black fish. I just searched and found out that it is our "raw fish" in Hong Kong. I have eaten it in hot pot in Taiwan before. Although I can buy it in Hong Kong, I rarely cook hot pot. But the meat is very tender and delicious~
Self-service bar: There are many authentic Taiwanese snacks and vegetables to pick up, as well as hand-shakes, cold brewed tea, hot drinks and desserts to choose from
