On the weekend, I went to Nian Chuan Ju in Yuen Long's Hyatt Place for morning tea. The most special place here is that the tea sets🫖 and cutlery are very elegant and beautiful!


The dim sum styles at Nian Chuan Ju are not too many, the price is higher, but they are very exquisite, including the Hibiscus Seafood Taro Box, which is very loose and very fragrant, and the filling inside is also very delicious😋

Another one is Fuji apple🍎 barbecued pork pastry, I didn't expect that the sweet and sour apple pieces and barbecued pork also go well together, and can neutralize the greasiness of the pastry, is also a must try!

Fresh Asparagus Scallops Cha-fun The skin of the intestine-fun has an oily feeling, it tastes very smooth and tender, and the shrimp and asparagus taste fresh and have different textures, which taste very good 👍🏻!

Overall, the quality of Nian Chuan Ju is average, although the price is not cheap, but there are more special dim sum, also Sichuan cuisine, find a day for dinner to come and try!
