Restaurant: JW Cafe

In this hotel staycation package, include buffet afternoon tea discount.
Food choices were recorded from memory as follows:
Western:
Steak, crab claws, carbonara, mushroom rolls, smoked salmon, cheese, bread🥐, salad and fruit🍎🍊, etc.
Chinese: Fish maw and snail stew, pigeon with soy sauce, seafood congee, fried noodles with soy sauce, stir-fried vegetables, dim sum including shrimp dumplings, siu mai, rice rolls with wild mushrooms and glutinous rice rolls. The noodle stall has several types of noodles, and the ingredients include curry beef, meatballs and vegetables 🥬, etc.
Japanese:
About 4 to 5 types of sashimi and seaweed sushi, etc.
Dessert:
English muffins, Portuguese tarts, pumpkin tarts, Hong Kong-style milk tea flavored jelly, pineapple and coconut flavored jelly, winter squid, madeleine, tiramisu, macaroons and Haagen Dazs ice cream 🍦, etc.
The dishes are mainly the ones mentioned above, but the more expensive ones include fish maw and snail stew, steak and crab claws.
I ordered western food first. The steak was tender and juicy, and the salmon was also tender.
Chinese food stews are popular and are in constant supply. The stew is clear and oily, and contains a whole fish maw and snail meat.
As for other Chinese food, shrimp dumplings and siu mai are safe choices. The large pieces are very filling, the shrimp meat 🍤 is refreshing and chewy, and the taste is good.
As for desserts, the Portuguese tarts and pumpkin tarts were fluffy and tasty. I personally think the most surprising one was the Hong Kong-style milk tea-flavored jelly, which transformed local tea restaurant drinks into high-end hotel desserts. The aroma of the milk tea was unforgettable. 😃
Service: The staff was diligent in clearing the dishes
Environment: The decoration is new and clean, the place is tidy. #foodie
