🦐 Review of a local seafood restaurant in Da Nang, where Vietnamese people are eating at every table!

🍽 Authentic local vibe.

The atmosphere is like an after-work gathering spot for Da Nang residents.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Vietnamese people drinking, eating, and chatting. It was so chill. 🍻

The menu isn't in English (and the staff speaks little English).
But! They have a display of fresh seafood where you can choose your own. 🐚🦑🦞
Just point and tell them how to cook it—fried, stir-fried, boiled, grilled—and they'll do it all!

🌊 The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious beyond expectations.

We chose shrimp, shellfish, and squid from the tank and were given a choice of different dishes.
The food arrived quickly, the portions were large, and the flavors were amazing.

🧂 The seafood sauce here is a little salty.
I asked for a squeeze of lime to add a touch of sourness.

It turned out even more delicious! You're welcome to try this recipe! 😋

🍉 We ended with some fruit with chili salt.

Even though the menu didn't have fruit, we asked for it and they made it available (so kind!).
We got some chilled mango slices with chili salt that tasted like Lao chili.
It was incredibly spicy! It cut the richness perfectly.

🇹🇭 If you're eating this set in Thailand, I bet it's much more expensive!

Opposite the shop is a local Vietnamese souvenir shop.

Lots of items at reasonable prices. If you're looking for souvenirs to take back to Thailand, I recommend stopping by before you leave.
