Mirage Bar & Restaurant in the lobby of Renaissance Hong Kong Hotel. I've eaten there a few times, and it's generally pretty good. I went there specially to celebrate my birthday. I made a reservation in advance and was able to get a window seat. The seat was spacious and comfortable, with a small view of the sea. The building was very high, so there was no sense of oppression at all. We ordered two dinners respectively, including bread, appetizers, soup, main courses, desserts and drinks. There were not many items that required extra payment, so the price-performance ratio was good. Finally, we also arranged a dessert with birthday messages written on it, which was very satisfying. Hotel members also enjoy discounts.
