Tsim Sha Tsui elegant restaurant ✨ taste authentic and delicious Dutch cuisine 🇳🇱

Authentic Dutch cuisine is rarely available in Hong Kong🇳🇱, so this time at The Dutch House Restaurant I was surprised that Dutch cuisine is so good😍

The restaurant has an elegant and stylish environment, the crystal in the middle is fantastic, and the decor is gorgeous. Dining with city views is very atmospheric ~🌃

The head chef of the restaurant is a Dutch overseas Chinese, and his family used to have a Michelin-accredited restaurant in the Netherlands. Each dish feels the chef's care💗, allowing guests to taste the characteristic flavor of his Dutch hometown.

🍢Dutch Snack Platter:
There are fried meatballs, crab tart and oak smoked wild eel. The fried meatballs are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the crab tart is full of freshness, the eel is not over-seasoned, and the vegetables are very refreshing and appetizing.

🥖🦪 Garlic slipper bread, traditional mussel pot:
The bread is crispy and has a garlic aroma. It's great with mussel sauce. The mussels are airlifted to Hong Kong from the Netherlands. Each mussel is plump, the meat is sweet and plump, and it is delicious😋

🫛 Dutch Pea Concentrate:
The rich and special soup, with sausage, bacon, potatoes and some vegetables, the ingredients are very rich, after drinking the person warm, very suitable to drink when the weather is cold now☺️

🐟Fried Dutch Herring:
The fish is tender, the skin is fried crispy, you can eat the natural fresh flavor of the fish, great!
