The Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the three landmark buildings in Zhengzhou's Central Business District. Its main structure is a reinforced concrete structure with a cable-stayed steel roof. Comprising a conference center and an exhibition center, the center boasts a total construction area of 227,600 square meters, with 74,000 square meters of rentable indoor space.
Its construction marks the official launch of the Zhengdong New District, conceived by world-renowned architectural planner Kisho Kurokawa and winner of the "Excellence in Urban Planning and Design Award" at the World Union of Architects' annual conference. It is a large-scale exhibition facility integrating conferences, exhibitions, cultural and entertainment activities, receptions, catering, and tourism.
