Rosewood Hong Kong’s high-end Hong Kong-style restaurant-Holt’s Cafe

Holt’s Cafe is located in the Rosewood Hong Kong. It is inspired by Hong Kong’s unique tea restaurant culture and serves authentic Hong Kong cuisine and popular cuisine from all over the world.

To celebrate my friend’s birthday, I made a reservation and came to Holt’s Cafe at 6:30 pm on a weekday. There were not many people, it was quiet and comfortable 😌
The clerk arranged a seat for us, which was very private and comfortable to sit in.

The restaurant's decoration is gorgeous and high-end, and the high-rise design is very impressive! 😍
I particularly like the black and white checkered wall, it is fashionable and modern, very suitable for checking in🖤🤍

The three of us ordered a dinner set and a few dishes to share🙈
The food tasted pretty good overall, a pleasant surprise! 🤩
Specially recommend the "God-level Barbecued Pork Rice" and "Vanilla Thousand Layer Puff Pastry"☺️

The barbecued pork is evenly fat and lean, the meat is tender and juicy, and the skin is burnt to a crisp🤤
The rice is Yamagata rice with scallion oil, and each grain is distinct! Paired with secret aged soy sauce and mixed with egg juice, it tastes very good! ! 🫣

🤍Vanilla Thousand Layer Puff Pastry
The outer layer is very crispy and fluffy, the vanilla cream is smooth and not too sweet~👍🏻
