Tonight I went to the Guangdong Art Gallery with my friends to explore how to pair Chinese liquor with unique delicacies.
I Diaoyutai Premium Wine I
It is the Diaoyutai premium wine paired with evening banquets and the state guest wine used by the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse to entertain Chinese and foreign guests, state banquets and state ceremonies. Diaoyutai State Guesthouse was the imperial palace in ancient times, so it is known as the "Emperor's Diaoyutai" and is extraordinary.
Diaoyutai Premium Liquor is the highest grade Kunsha liquor among all sauce-flavored liquors. It is produced in Maotai Town, Guizhou Province and adopts the traditional 12987 process: one year of production, two feedings, nine steamings, eight fermentations and seven wine extractions. No external substances are added during the blending process, so the sauce-flavored liquor is purer and richer than ordinary liquor. The brewing process is long, and it takes more than five years from production to delivery, and the output is small and expensive.
Of course I would not miss this 53 degree experience, the wine is clear and fragrant. It goes down the throat smoothly, is slightly sweet at first, has a full-bodied and rich body, and a long aftertaste.
The most surprising thing of the night was the Diaoyutai liquor with ice cream. Pour Diaoyutai liquor into the ice cream, the sweet vanilla mixed with the rich soy sauce flavor, it was very novel and definitely created sparks! It also made the dinner perfect and ended with a drunken night.
