A historic Italian dessert shop ~ COVA

COVA is a famous Italian dessert shop with a long history, and every time I pass by this shop, I feel that it is a combination of tradition and fashion, and can’t help but buy some desserts to take home and give myself an excuse to reward myself. Especially like to eat their piece cake, HKD45 / piece, there are a variety of flavors to choose from, each piece of cake is handmade exquisite, fresh ingredients, smooth taste, is a dessert boutique. This time I tried Chestnut Cream Slice, Tiramisu and Strawberry Slice. Strawberry Slice's cream is very soft, the cake is fluffy, plus each layer is covered with fresh strawberries, not greasy or greasy, really can eat several pieces at once (if you are not afraid of fat 🤣).
