Times Square meets Stitch

The weather has been too hot recently, so the best thing to do is go shopping in the mall. After shopping in Times Square in Causeway Bay at around seven o'clock, we went to SUL JIB on the 13th floor to eat Korean food and feast on it.
We ordered a meal for two and two cocktails. Snowing Night was made with Korean sake, while See You was made with Korean soju. It was a little sour with a slight alcohol and fruity taste, which was refreshing and appetizing.
Let’s start with 8 kinds of Korean appetizers. Although they are nothing special, they are definitely fresh and refreshing!
Seoul steamed dumplings are different from the regular ones sold in supermarkets. They have thin skin and rich fillings, with a light sour aroma, which is very unique!
Korean sweet and spicy fried chicken, which looks a bit like sweet and sour pork when served, has a crispy skin but is slightly sweet and not spicy. The chicken is fragrant and not tough, and fried to perfection!
The two different seafoods have their own characteristics. Also marinated in soy sauce, the scallops are large and have a very rich, fresh, chewy, and slightly sweet taste. The raw shrimp heads are very oily and the shrimp meat is soft and smooth.
The seafood pancake is my favorite. It is thin and crispy, and is paired with seasonal seafood of various flavors. It tastes great.
Korean spicy sauce pork belly is slightly spicy and less sweet, with distinct layers of fat and lean meat. The fat is oily and flavorful, while the lean meat is chewy and tasty. Wrapping it in vegetables and eating it can reduce the greasiness.
The signature Seoul beef pot is cooked on the spot and served with a variety of mushrooms, which are fresh and crispy. The beef is so tender and tasty that you can’t stop eating it!
There are no dining time limits, the service is attentive, the decoration is simple and stylish, and the dishes are generous in portion.
