🇮🇹The Italian bar and restaurant Ask For Alonzo has 5 branches. This time I went to the Sheung Wan branch to chill. The semi-open design is open and free of restraint, giving people a relaxed and lazy feeling. The main feature is Mediterranean Fusion, a perfect blend of traditional and modern Italian cuisine 🤌🏻 I want to try everything. Order the Tasting Menu (HK$288/head), which includes 3 courses

🧀Selection Of Cold Cuts & Cheese:
There are 2 types of cheese, spicy sausage, ham and toast

🍅Tomato Bruschetta: Tomato diced basil is refreshing and has a classic Italian flavor

Mains
🍝Alonzo's Carbonara: The thick and sticky egg yolk sauce is very juicy, and the pasta is entangled in the mouth

🌶️Nduja Salami Spiralotti: The semi-melted Burrata is soft and smooth, the shredded flour is chewy, and the sauce is rich and spicy.

Desserts
🍫Alonzo's Signature Tiramisu: Creamy and smooth, melts in your mouth

🍰Cheesecake: Cream cheese has a moist texture, and is light, soft and smooth
