The fresh mussels are tender enough 🙂↕️, simply served with white wine, and the salty taste of the sea water brings out its own freshness😚. There are also fried garlic slices on top, which makes it even more delicious🤓.
~ 150-Day Shell-Fed Beef Eye Steak ($438)🥩
400g of ribeye steak is tender😌, 5 degrees of maturity is just right, every bite is full of meat flavor🤓. There is sea salt 🧂, mustard and fried garlic slices 🧄 on the side for you to serve yourself. I like to simply pair it with fried garlic slices for more flavor😚.
~ Hokkaido Sashimi and Sea Urchin Pasta ($258)🍛
If I like starch, I have to order some rice to eat even if I have a steak. Just one scallop per person🫢, but the advantage is that it is big, and it goes well with seaweed😛. The risotto is creamy enough, the rice is soft and hard just right 👍🏻.
~ Nishimura Matcha White Chocolate Mousse with Matcha Cake ($128)🍰
I love these restaurants where you can draw plates🤪, so you don't have to force yourself to eat a birthday cake🙂↕️. It has a sense of ceremony and can take photos📸. This is made with Japanese Nishimura green tea powder paired with chocolate mousse🍵, the sweetness is just right. When two people are full, there will be no burden to share the food😎.
