A branch of the Michelin One Star congee noodle specialty restaurant "Ho Hung Kee Congee Noodle Specialty" in Bong Ching Wan, located on the arrival lobby floor of Hong Kong International Airport's Terminal 1.
A long-established restaurant that has been in business since 1946, its reasonably priced wonton noodles are popular.

Enjoy the chewy texture of the characteristic Hong Kong noodles, known as "rubber band noodles," which are thin and slightly crumbly.
The shrimp wontons come in a pack of six, and are made using fresh ingredients and without any artificial seasonings. There are wontons with shrimp inside underneath the noodles, which is said to be a way to keep the noodles from getting soggy.
The wontons have thin skin and contain about two whole shrimp. The plump shrimp wontons are superb and fresh.
The seafood soup is light, and the addition of white chives adds a nice accent to the wonton noodles.
The wonton noodles are recommended for people who love shrimp. They also offer fried noodles, fried rice, dim sum, and desserts.
