A small fresh cafe in Kwai Fong with high-quality souffle pancakes

I was thinking of eating soufflé pancakes, so I came to The Pantry Cafe in Kwai Fong. In addition to pancakes, there are also other main courses and savory dishes, such as pizza, steak and pasta.

Four Cheese Pizza $208
This quadruple cheese pizza is very special with a star-shaped pie design, using four cheeses: Burrata, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella and Mascarpone. The pizza base is very smooth and soft, and the garlic sauce is even more fragrant.

Beef Sirloin $258
Also ordered a grilled Angus Australian grain-fed beef broiler steak, 50% cooked and crispy, the outside of the steak is crispy, the inside is still pink and juicy, rich meat flavor. The steak can come with two sauces, we chose the garlic green sauce and the benley sauce, with different sauces the steak tastes different. The steak will also come with french fries or mashed potatoes, which is very affordable.

Pineapple Coconut Pancake $119
To the main character of the thick soufflé pancake, we chose this pineapple coconut, the pancake paired with 5 hours of low temperature slow roasted caramel pineapple, coconut sauce, butter pastry crumbs, full of subtropical flair. The soufflé is soft and airy, very fragrant with pineapple and coconut. The slow-roasted caramelized pineapple is sweet and sour and delicious.
